As with any good project, you need to know if it is working or not, and if its not, it is absolutely fine to make adjustments.

You have started the process of the conscious recondition as you have:

  • Taken time to pause
  • Deconstructed what is happening
  • Understood and set out your expectations
  • Designed how you want your work-life balance to work

The next part is to put it into action.  Try it out!  YOu aren’t goign to see any change to your situation unless you do something different.  But you know what…it isn’t terrible if it doesn’t work.  You start the process again.  Take time to pause, deconstruct what is happening, what you expecting to happen, what can you redesign, and try putting it in action again1
