About Me

Occupational Health Coach and Occupational Health Nurse

I am an Occupational Health Nurse, a Coach, a Mum, a Wife, a Friend, a Sister, a Daughter and a Human!

As an Occupational Health Nurse I am a trained nurse and I have completed additional training in Occupational Health. This is a speciality which looks at how work impacts on an individual and how an individual impacts on the workplace. Physical health and emotional health both impact on a person which in turn impacts on how that person functions.

I have a family who I love spending time with, but with 3 young children I also need time on my own. I know that work is important to me as it gives me purpose and meaning but it has been a struggle to find what works well for not only me, but for my family.

I am human. I make mistakes, but what I think is the most important thing is that I have learnt from them and I have adapted what I need to do to make my life work for me.

I love understanding people, and helping them to understand what is happening in their life.

Whatever your job title is, or what your home situation is, I can help you to manage your life in a way that works for you. I provide a confidential, discreet and personal service in a calm and structured manner. If you are wondering how I can help you, use the button below to contact me and find out.

“Anna immediately put me at ease, and I have absolute no qualms about opening up to her about my feelings. She has a lovely way of questioning and challenging my thoughts whilst remaining wholly nonjudgmental”.
