I am a Coach and an Occupational Health Nurse, but I am also a Mum, a Wife, a Friend, a Sister, a Daughter and ultimately, a Human!
As an Occupational Health Nurse I am a trained nurse and I have completed additional training in work related health. This is a speciality which looks at how work impacts on an individual and how an individual impacts on the workplace. The more I learnt about how physical health and emotional health both impact on how a person functions, the more interested I became in understanding the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that impact on an individual’s behaviour. I completed my coaching qualifications with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to add to my skill set of helping people understand what they want in a way that works for them. I have worked with CEO’s of national companies through to new starters and everyone in-between. I have worked for ITV television, and as part of this I was head of the medical team for “Love Island” looking after the cast and crew on a remote island. I was the onset medic for Coronation Street and multiple ITV drama’s and productions so discretion, confidentiality and professionalism are fundamental to my business. By working with people of multiple backgrounds I have a greater understanding of different peoples needs and desires, and the challenges that they can face. However ultimately, your background doesn’t matter as I am here to help you to identify what it is that will work for you, and help you to overcome the challenges that you encounter. When we understand our core values, beliefs and goals, we can start to live a life that is in alignment with our true self and eliminate much of the stress, worry and anxiety.
I have a family who I love spending time with, but with 3 young children I also need time on my own. I know that work is important to me as it gives me purpose and meaning but it has been a struggle to find what works well for not only me, but for my family. By undergoing coaching with me, I will help you find the direction that works for you so that you can get on with enjoying your life.
I am human. I make mistakes, but what I think is the most important thing is that I have learnt from them and I have adapted what I need to do to make my life work for me.

I love understanding people, and helping them to understand what is happening in their life.

“Anna immediately put me at ease, and I have absolutely no qualms about opening up to her about my feelings. She has a lovely way of questioning and challenging my thoughts whilst remaining wholly nonjudgmental.”
